Terms of service
Last updated September 3, 2026. Draft pending legal review.
By using the GrandLine website or text service you agree to these terms. "GrandLine", "we", and "us" mean the operator of the GrandLine service.
What GrandLine is
GrandLine is a health navigation service. We help you find and understand options: providers, programs, benefits, and resources. Information we send is general and for your convenience.
What GrandLine is not
GrandLine does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Nothing we send replaces the advice of your doctor or other licensed professional. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911.
GrandLine is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the federal Medicare program, or any state Medicaid program. Coverage rules change; confirm details with your plan or 1-800-MEDICARE before making decisions that depend on them.
Third parties
We may point you to doctors, agencies, suppliers, and programs. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their services, availability, or accuracy of the information they publish. We don't receive payment for referring you to any Medicare or Medicaid provider.
Your responsibilities
Give us accurate information, use the service for yourself or someone you have permission to help, and don't use it to harass anyone or send unlawful content.
Availability and changes
We aim to respond quickly but don't guarantee response times or that the service will always be available. We may change or end the service, or these terms, at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, GrandLine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GrandLine. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
