Text messaging terms

When you sign up for GrandLine or text one of our numbers, you agree to receive text messages (SMS, MMS, or iMessage) from GrandLine at the phone number you text from.

What we send

Answers to your questions, follow-ups on those questions, occasional reminders about things you've told us matter to you, and messages to schedule a call with a navigator when one would help. We will not send you marketing for third-party products.

How often

Message frequency varies with how often you write to us. Outside of an active conversation we send no more than one message per day.

Cost

GrandLine is free. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll get one confirmation and nothing further. To start again, sign up at grandline.pinnie.com/start or text us again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
