This policy explains what GrandLine ("we") collects when you use this website and the GrandLine text service, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Signup details: your first and last name, date of birth, state, phone number, whether you're signing up for yourself or someone else, and what you'd like help with.
- Your messages: the text messages you exchange with GrandLine, including anything you choose to share in them.
- Website usage: pages visited, the link or ad that brought you here, device and browser type, and an anonymous identifier stored in a cookie. We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and RudderStack for this.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and follow up on them.
- To connect you with a GrandLine health navigator when a conversation needs one, and to tell you if you qualify for a care advocacy program covered by Medicare.
- To understand which parts of the website and service are useful and improve them.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information.
- We don't share your information with the doctors, agencies, or programs we point you to unless you ask us to.
- We don't ask for a Social Security number.
Text messaging
Messages are delivered through third-party messaging providers under contract with us. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. See the Text messaging terms.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by texting us or emailing TODO-TEMP@grandline.com. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
